DLoads v0.70 Final

Damon has released the final version of his DLoads v0.70 Pepper. This version includes:
Add compatibilty for Mint v1.2
Clean up filenames in DLoads pane
Run filenames through abbr() to shorten long file names
Add checks for additional _SERVER variables for downloaded file name
This concludes Damons update of DLoads v0.70. Previous DLoads users should update from the v0.70 beta to the final version.
