Referrer Aggregator v0.3

Version 0.3 of the Referrer Aggregator Pepper is out already, infact, it was the same day as 0.2 was released.
- Search Engines are now grouped, expand to see top engines within the category
– Automatically remove search engines form the “Other” box if they exist internally (Optionally)
– Appended list of search engines to add ever more
