DLoads Pepper v0.74

Damon has released v0.74 of his DLoads Pepper that allows you to count downloads of files in a specified folder.
This is a minor bugfix release. Upgrade is only necessary if you are having problems with variables being appended to your download links (like PHPSESSID=…).
That is the only change in this version noted in the release announcement.
