Downlogs v0.07

Keep track of your downloads using Apache log files. This way, fancy javascript and redirects are not needed, and you get the absolute number of downloads – even from offsite sources.
Downlogs is still in early development but seems to be stable. I would highly recommend giving this Pepper a try and helping develop it further.
