Mint v1.14 to Mint v1.29 Upgrade Bug Fix

Just a quick note for those still running Mint v1.14 and are looking to upgrade to the latest version v1.29.
Shaun has released an updated version of Mint v1.29 that fixes a bug that was affecting users trying to upgrade from Mint v1.14 to Mint v1.29.
No new features were added in this version and it is not necessary for current Mint v1.29 users to upgrade. However, it is recommended for Mint v1.14 users to upgrade to the latest version.
