Posted 1 February 2007 in by Sam Brown -

Love your green Mint? You’ll love the Massive Blue style! Massive Blue is a variation on the Vanilla Mint style, but blue instead of green!

The style and images are copyright Shaun Inman. I simply changed the colours.

Please review the code – it is seriously broken in Safari and Firefox, i.e., only the text shows and not the stylized boxes and icons. See http://www.lolajl.net/images/mint1.jpg and http://www.lolajl.net/images/mint2.jpg

Lola Lee Beno, you have uploaded the wrong folder. You were supposed to upload the “massive_blue” folder to /mint/app/styles/.

Not the “massivebluestyle” folder.

The stylesheet should be available at /mint/app/styles/massive_blue/style.css

Very cool Style!

A black/ red one would be cool, too ;-)

Could anybody add my Apple Red Style here on Peppermint tea? It’s available at http://www.kopfkribbeln.de/downloads/appleredstyle.zip.

Nice! But the green logo was plain ugly there. Trademarks and regcognition in all its glory, but making Mint look ugly to keep Shaun happy is not good.

Please include a blue replacement logo in the package, and I’ll definitely use it. The alternative would be that I remove that ugly green logo, and that wouldn’t be much better. Right Shaun?

Daniel, I have added your Apple Red Style.

Andreas, I agree, it does seem out of place, but I can understand Shauns need for this to be implemented.
